Zmiana i duplikat rozpoznane, nie zgadywane.Addresses, time windows, references and contacts extracted from the order and entered into fireTMS, Speed, interLAN or a spreadsheet. Po dostawie system sprawdza, czego brakuje, prosi kierowcę lub podwykonawcę we właściwym języku, dopasowuje skan do zlecenia i zatrzymuje przypomnienia. Komplet uruchamia fakturę i KSeF. Przypomnienia o płatności po 7, 14 i 30 dniach.After delivery the system checks what is missing, asks the driver or subcontractor in their language, matches the scan to the order and stops reminders. A complete set triggers the invoice and KSeF. Payment reminders after 7, 14 and 30 days.

Statusy dla klientaStatus updates for the customer
Odpowiedź podaje ostatnie potwierdzenie i jego godzinę, nie zgaduje ETA z pozycji GPS. Gdy status jest stary, system pyta kierowcę i wraca do klienta. Wyjątek trafia do spedytora z zagrożoną awizacją.The reply gives the last confirmation and its time; it does not guess an ETA from a GPS position. When the status is stale, the system asks the driver and comes back to the customer. An exception reaches the forwarder with the appointment at risk.

Liczba aut mówi mało. Liczy się wolumen komunikacji, zależność od podwykonawców, wymagania dokumentowe i to, czy jest właściciel budżetu przy stole.Fleet size says little. - TMS zostaje. Podłączamy się przez API, import lub pliki. Jeśli fireTMS ma już AI-import zleceń, korzystamy z niego i robimy to, czego import nie robi: skrzynka, braki, duplikaty, zmiany, utrzymanie.The TMS stays. We connect via API, import or files. If fireTMS already has AI order import, we use it and do what the import does not: inbox, gaps, duplicates, amendments, upkeep.
- Stawki są Wasze. System liczy z tabeli, którą utrzymuje spedytor. AI czyta mail, nie ustala ceny.The rates are yours. The system calculates from a table the forwarder maintains. AI reads the e-mail, it does not set the price.
